Makenna joined Coastal Abstract in 2024 as a Business Development Associate. With a background that spans sales, client experience, marketing and art and design, Makenna combines creativity with a strong business acumen, positioning herself as a key driver in the company’s growth and market expansion.
At Coastal Abstract, Makenna plays a pivotal role in enhancing business development efforts, leveraging her diverse professional background, skillset, and strategic insights to build robust client relationships and expand the company’s market presence. Her responsibilities include building and nurturing client relationships, crafting innovative strategies to attract new business, ensuring a seamless closing process and maintaining long-lasting, valuable relationships with her clients. Her proactive approach to business development ensures that Coastal Abstract’s “commitment to seamless excellence” is upheld.
Before joining Coastal Abstract, Makenna received her Bachelor’s of Fine Arts with High Honors and was a member of the Zeta Tau Alpha sorority at the University of Texas at Austin. Makenna has demonstrated her versatility and expertise across various roles; from crafting multi-million dollar marketing campaigns for a global e-commerce platform, to prospecting and closing deals in the BaaS industry as an Account Executive, and most recently starting her own creative brand, @makennapreystudios. She currently resides in Delray Beach, Florida.
While not attending to her clients and building lasting relationships at Coastal Abstract, Makenna loves to travel, create art, try new restaurants, be at the beach, and spend time with her family and friends.
