Joseph Kronberg

Business Development

Joseph Kronberg joined Stamm Development Group in 2021.

Joseph is focused on Stamm Development Group’s real estate investment and development activities in Southeast Florida as well as leading the company’s strategic growth initiatives.

Prior to joining SDG, he spent the last seven years at Kohlberg Kravis Roberts (“KKR”) in KKR’s Capital Markets (“KCM”) and Client Partnership groups (“CPG”). During his first 4 years, as part of KCM, he assisted in both debt and equity financing for KKR’s portfolio companies as well as worked on establishing KKR’s third party lending and advisory services platform, growing KCM’s fee generation business YoY since 2013 from ~$100M to ~$450M. For the past three years, as a part of CPG, he supported KKR’s private markets capital raising efforts globally, helping to raise over $25BN for KKR’s flagship funds including real estate, private equity, and infrastructure. Previously, he was an analyst at Société Générale. Joseph also founded Kron Capital in 2013 to source, diligence, and invest in real estate transactions throughout the U.S., focusing on multi-family and mixed-use properties.

As an active philanthropist, Joseph is on the board of FAN4Kids, a non-profit that works with children, parents, and local communities in low-income areas to introduce healthy living, wellness, and fitness and nutrition programs into schools and homes. He also competes in triathlons globally to raise money for various charitable organizations. Joseph received his B.A. in Finance from the Robert H. Smith School of Business at the University of Maryland and his M.B.A in Finance, Real Estate, and Strategy Management from New York University Leonard N. Stern School of Business.
