Joe Farley is an Assistant Superintendent that joined Stamm Development Group in 2024.
Joe joined the company as an intern and transitioned to a full-time role in July 2024. Joe earned his Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design from Concordia University in 2023, where he was also a football scholarship athlete. His background in graphic design and his hands-on experience with Stamm Development Group contribute to his unique perspective and skills in his current role.
Joe plays a crucial role in overseeing and managing a diverse range of construction projects in South Florida. He ensures that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. His responsibilities include coordinating with contractors, monitoring project progress, and addressing any issues that arise on-site. Joe’s commitment to excellence and his extensive hands-on experience in the field contribute significantly to the successful delivery of Stamm Development Group’s construction initiatives.
