Abel Santos Jr. is a Project Manager that joined Stamm Development Group in 2021.
As an Owner’s Rep Project Manager, Abel oversees the construction of 440+ residential units at multiple residential buildings across Philadelphia. He drives for timely completion of the construction schedule and strives for maintaining the project budget. Abel provides milestone updates to project stakeholders and collaborates with the Stamm Development Group Leasing Team to deliver a high-quality home for our future residents.
Abel is a 2016 graduate of The Pennsylvania State University – College of Engineering with a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Civil Engineering. Abel has gained over 5+ years of experience working as a Project Manager. As an experienced Project Manager, Abel has a demonstrated a history of working in the general construction industry as well as the oil & gas industry. Prior to joining Stamm Development Group Abel worked for 2.5 years with IMC Construction managing projects in Philadelphia and the Greater Philadelphia region including the construction of multi-family and mixed-use buildings and commercial buildings. He also worked for 2.5 years with Marathon Petroleum in Findlay, Ohio with a portfolio ranging of projects all across the United States’ Midwest region and East Coast. With his background Abel has had the opportunity to oversee a versatile portfolio managing project contracts, documents, schedules, and budgets while collaborating with key project stakeholders with a strong business and competitive focus.
