Growing up in his family’s shell contracting business, Andrew was strongly influenced by his mother, a custom home builder on the Treasure Coast, who instilled in him values of integrity, dedication, and craftsmanship.
Andrew began his career in construction with hands-on roles in estimating and project management, gaining a strong foundation in the industry. His passion for luxury homes developed while working for a custom home builder in Delray, and just a year later, he founded Southshore Builders. Under his leadership, Southshore Builders became one of the premier custom home builders in the Delray market.
Andrew’s expertise spans the entire construction process, from the due diligence phase through project closeout, where he consistently excels. He collaborates closely with design teams, fostering a cooperative environment that ensures seamless project execution. His dedication to quality and attention to detail have earned him a reputation for excellence, with a portfolio that includes the successful delivery of over $150 million in residential construction projects.
In addition to his work in the luxury home market, Andrew has extensive experience managing large-scale community developments at a national home builder level. His in-depth knowledge of the Florida Building Code, value engineering, and construction management make him an invaluable asset to any construction team.
