Robin E. Sprouse is the Senior Accounting Manager at Stamm Development Group.
Prior to joining Stamm Development Group in 2024, Robin spent the last 17+ years in the Construction Industry. Most recently, she served as Project Accountant for several projects in Palm Beach and Miami-Dade Counties. Responsible for managing various accounting operations, inclusive of Owner and Contractor billing, AP/AR. cost accounting, inventory accounting and revenue reconciliations. Working directly with Owner’s, Executives and Project Management Teams to insure timely payments and exceptional product delivery.
Robin has worked successfully on multi-million dollar projects as Project Accountant, Project Administrator, Executive Assistant, Cost Control (Procurement) Contract Administrator, Project Coordinator, Estimating Department Assistant, Project Secretary and/or Office Manager on such projects as Okan Tower, Miami World Tower 1, New World Symphony, a Frank Gehry Design project on Miami Beach, and Design Build Garage, Grand Grove Towers in Coconut Grove, Espirito Santo Bank / Conrad Hilton Hotel Building on Brickell Avenue, Ocean Club – Towers 1, 2 and 3 on Key Biscayne, American Airlines Arena (FKA -AAA) in downtown Miami, just to name a few. Also, BCS SMART Program Renovations projects simultaneously.
Robin worked as a Real Estate Listing Agent throughout the South Florida Market and her background in mortgage banking assists with her in-depth knowledge of accounting and construction management.
Robin enjoys giving back to the community and volunteers every chance she can. Robin also enjoys traveling, gardening, painting, photography, interior design, and woodworking. Most recently, Robin enjoys combing the beaches metal detecting.
