A native of Boca Raton, John Hackett currently spearheads SDG|RE as Managing Director and qualifying Broker of Record. With 25 years of experience in development sales, commercial real estate and luxury residential real estate sales and marketing across South Florida, there are few real estate professionals that can match John’s knowledge of the many faces of the real estate business.

From recruiting top-performing agents and advancing them through all phases of business growth, to devising result-driven marketing strategies and providing a thriving environment rooted in a luxury focused ethos, John’s leadership acumen is recognized by clients and peers alike.  From working at small boutique firms to running a nationally recognized brokerage brand for Florida and directing on-site sales, John has touched thousands of transactions and well over $10 Billion in sales have been closed under his license.

Central in the genesis and formation of SDG|RE, John represents select SDG projects and bespoke properties and works with luxury buyers in the coastal markets of South Palm Beach County. John provides candid and professional guidance to Buyer and Seller clients and prides himself on working in an advisory role with an emphasis on customer service.

Additionally, John trains and directs dedicated sales associates through all facets of new luxury development projects and general real estate sales. With an enterprising vision, John focusses on the success and growth of SDG|RE and Stamm Development Group and champions expansion opportunities for both brands in surrounding geographic markets.
