Seth Burrell joined Stamm Development Group in May 2024 as Executive Assistant to Michael Stamm, President and CEO. In this role, Seth collaborates closely with the Executive Team to drive the strategic business development initiatives of Stamm Development Group. With a robust background spanning over nine years in the real estate industry, Seth is recognized as a dynamic, results-oriented professional.
Prior to joining Stamm Development Group, Seth served as the Assistant Vice President of Corporate Development at Nocopi Technologies (NNUP). There, Seth led comprehensive market research efforts and spearheaded strategic initiatives to modernize IT, data, and HR operations. Their strategic leadership in executing a roll-up acquisition strategy and implementing digital marketing bolstered business growth and expanded market presence. Nocopi Technologies’ was acquired by M2AFO, a Miami Beach-based family office.
Before Nocopi Technologies, Seth worked at Douglas Elliman as an Executive Assistant and Sales Associate, managing $150 million in real estate transactions. Their expertise in market research, negotiation, and project management drove substantial sales growth and consistently delivered exceptional outcomes for clients.
At Crescent Heights, Seth served as Operations Associate and Assistant to the Managing Principal. They successfully directed teams in transforming vacant properties into operational food and beverage assets, showcasing their strategic operational acumen.
Seth holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science from the College of Charleston and a Master’s Degree in Real Estate Development from the H. Wayne Huizenga College of Business and Entrepreneurship at Nova Southeastern University.
