Michael is the Financial Operations Manager that joined Stamm Development Group in 2024.
Michael is dedicated to aligning SDG’s financial operations with its strategic business goals while identifying synergies across verticals to maximize the company’s value. Before joining SDG, Michael gained extensive experience in diverse industries. He started his career in hospitality, then transitioned to the home care sector, where he played a pivotal role as Managing Director, growing Open Systems Healthcare into a $100+ million per year business. In 2021, Michael harnessed his entrepreneurial spirit and became a partner at The Stafford Group, a thriving real estate team in Philadelphia, alongside his brother.
Michael’s entrepreneurial spirit, combined with his real estate expertise, is a valuable asset to SDG as the company continues its expansion. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Political Science – Foreign Policy from Bates College in Lewiston, Maine, graduating in 2009.Prior to Bates, Michael attended St. Andrew’s School in Middletown, DE and graduated cum laude.
Michael is married to his lovely wife, Stephanie, and they have two sons, MJ and Mac, as well as two dogs, Wolfie and Porter. In his free time, Michael enjoys travelling, golfing, skiing, and supporting his favorite football team, the Philadelphia Eagles.
