Dean Tye is a Senior Associate that joined Stamm Development Group in 2021.
Prior to joining Stamm Development Group, Dean worked in Television Production in San Francisco, CA for eight years. He spent six of those years working in several capacities at PAC 12 Network including Operations Assistant and more recently he began his career as a Video Editor there. Upon his departure from PAC 12 Networks, Dean freelanced as a Video Editor at KGO ABC News, NBC Sportsnet Bay Area and KTVU FOX 2. Prior to moving to San Francisco, Dean lived in Philadelphia where he was an Administrative Assistant working in Corporate Administration at Comcast Corporation and worked as a Production Assistant at CN8 on Larry Kane’s Voice of Reason. As a student at University of Pennsylvania, Dean received a B.A. in Urban Studies with a focus on Urban Planning and interned at Lubert-Adler Partners and the Philadelphia City Planning Commission. Dean is also a graduate of Germantown Academy in Fort Washington, PA.
Dean’s diverse working background in Real Estate, City Planning, Content Production and Corporate Admission make him a unique asset to SDG. In his role as the Director of Marketing he oversees creating content and running the full portfolio of Stamm Development Group social media accounts including our multiple Instagram accounts (combined over 7,500 followers), LinkedIn and Facebook. He led the internal planning and execution of a completely redesigned Stamm Development Group website. As well, he writes and distributes monthly updates to Stamm Development Group investors about the progress of the various projects they are invested in.
In his role as Director of Property Management, Dean oversees property management for Stamm Development Group’s full portfolio of rental buildings which currently sits over 175 units. His responsibilities include running the Weekly Property Management Meeting, hiring and coordination of SDG’s custodial staff, ensuring SDG’s properties are safe and secure, timely and courteous responses to tenant maintenance and general requests and working with third-party vendors to uphold SDG’s sterling reputation of building quality.
Dean is also part of the Senior Staff for The SDG Foundation, Stamm Development Group’s non-profit organization. He has helped identify charitable organizations in which The SDG Foundation has worked with and has helped the Foundation continue to raise money which it currently has raised over $460,000 to help children and families in need since its inception. As well, he created the 2021 The SDG Foundation Video Recap of all the work The SDG Foundation did in between our Annual Golf Outings and was a key contributor in planning the 2021 SDG Golf Outing.
