Vincent (Vinnie) Biasiello serves as the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Stamm Development Group (SDG), where he is responsible for leading the company’s operational strategy, construction and development execution, and organizational growth across its family of companies.
Since joining SDG in 2016 after graduating from Rowan University’s Rohrer College of Business with dual degrees in Business Management and Entrepreneurship, Vinnie has been a key contributor to the company’s continued expansion. Beginning his career as an Associate, he quickly established himself through his hands-on leadership style, operational expertise, and ability to execute complex development initiatives.
Early in his career, Vinnie played a significant role in SDG’s expansion throughout the Philadelphia market, helping manage the company’s growing development pipeline while overseeing relationships with third-party general contractors and supporting the operations and leasing of its expanding multifamily portfolio. His efforts were instrumental in establishing the operational framework that supported the company’s sustained growth.
As SDG continued to evolve, Vinnie advanced through progressively senior leadership positions, assuming increasing responsibility across operations, construction management, development, finance, and business strategy. Today, as Chief Operating Officer, he oversees the execution of the company’s daily operations while working closely with executive leadership to drive long-term strategic initiatives, improve organizational performance, and ensure successful project delivery across the entire development lifecycle.
Vinnie also contributes to the operational integration and collaboration of SDG’s affiliated companies, including SDG Construction (SDG|C), SDG Shell Co., SDG Real Estate (SDG|RE), and Coastal Abstract & Title. By aligning these divisions under a unified operational strategy, he has helped create a vertically integrated platform that enhances efficiency, accountability, and the overall client experience.
Known for his collaborative leadership, attention to detail, and commitment to continuous improvement, Vinnie has become an integral member of SDG’s executive leadership team.
