With over 20 years of experience in construction accounting, she excels at bridging the gap between complex financial oversight and on-site project reality. Her professional background combines the rigor of big-firm accounting with hands-on expertise in managing the full financial lifecycle of projects. By ensuring compliance and optimizing stakeholder relationships, Thais has defined her career through a unique dual expertise: the technical precision of high-level public accounting and a deep, practical understanding of the construction industry. Her work consistently focuses on maintaining financial integrity and driving operational efficiency.
Thais attended Business School in Brazil before immigrating to the U.S. in 2001. Since then, she has become an active member of the South Florida construction community and attended Palm Beach State College (PBSC) for Accounting Technology.
